Cutting Capabilites

We have the ability to make a severance cut up to 1.5" thick plate. We are able to clean cut 1" thick steel while piercing 3/4" thick steel. We can also cut other conducting materials such as aluminum and stainless steel. The cutting envelope of the machine is 4ft x 8ft, and also has the ability to trace parts and develop a CAD format of your physical parts that are hard to draw.

Forming Capabilites

We are able to bend mild plate steel up to 19.25" wide for select dimensions and thicknesses. We are also able to bend square tubing up to 2" x 2" x 1/4" Wall in order to form nice rounded edges giving the appearance you need to please your customers.

Custom Fabrication

We pride ourselves on taking care of all of our customers' custom projects, big or small. We will build anything from a custom sign to a full welded structural project. We provide quotes for any and all metal working projects. We work with reliable vendors delivering parts on time to us so we can have on time delivery to you.
